Report Title: Child Custody; Grandparent Visitation
Description: Amends the guidelines for the court to consider in awarding reasonable visitation rights to a grandparent or the grandparents of a minor child. Clarifies procedures for an order awarding reasonable visitation rights to grandparents and that a violation of the terms and conditions of such an order is subject to sanctions or contempt of court. (HB983 HD1)
