Description: Authorizes the Department of Health (DOH) to maintain a forum on its website where specified state-licensed care facilities may post vacancy information. Requires DOH to convene a working group to discuss and provide feedback on the implementation and maintenance of the forum and posting of vacancy information. Appropriates funds. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
