Measure Title: RELATING TO HAWAII STATE IDENTIFICATION CARDS.
Report Title: Hawaii State Identification Card; Satellite City Halls; Issuance
Description: Allows any satellite city hall in any county with a population of more than seven hundred thousand persons to issue Hawaii state identification cards. Requires a report to the legislature. Takes effect on 1/7/2059. (SD1)
