Description: Appropriates funds to the Kaho‘olawe Island Reserve Commission for restoration and preservation projects. Requires submission of a financial self-sufficiency and sustainability plan to the legislature twenty days prior to the 2016 Regular Session. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD2)
