Report Title: Domestic Abuse; Emotional Abuse; Insurance Policies; Protective Orders
Description: Amends the definition of domestic abuse under Hawaii's insurance laws and domestic abuse protective order statutes to include emotional abuse between family or household members. Defines emotional abuse. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
