Measure Title: RELATING TO THE WEST MAUI OCEAN RECREATION MANAGEMENT AREA.
Report Title: West Maui Ocean Recreation Management Area; Kaanapali; Advisory Committee
Description: Requires Department of Land and Natural Resources to establish a temporary west Maui ocean recreation management area advisory committee to advise Department of Land and Natural Resources on issues relating to the state waters within the west Maui ocean recreation management area, particularly with respect to the waters adjacent to Kaanapali on the island of Maui. Effective July 1, 2012. (HB2871 CD1)
