Report Title: BLNR; Mineral Resources; Geothermal Resources
Description: Establishes the framework to regulate geothermal development activities through a permitting process administered by the Board of Land and Natural Resources; provided that the appropriate county authority may issue a geothermal resource permit under certain circumstances. Effective January 28, 2878. (HB2639 HD2)
