Report Title: Special Purpose Revenue Bonds; Dams and Reservoirs
Description: Allows the State to authorize the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds to assist dam and reservoir owners. Effective July 1, 2012, and upon ratification of a relevant constitutional amendment. (HB2595 CD1)
