Measure Title: RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION.
Report Title: Transportation; Feasibility Study; Access; Leeward Coast; Central Oahu; Major Accident Investigation Teams; Appropriation ($)
Description: Requires the Department of Transportation to conduct a feasibility study on the construction of an alternative access road into and out of the Leeward Coast of Oahu. Requires the Department of Transportation to recommend improvements to traffic in the Central Oahu corridor. Establishes a major accident investigation team in counties with a population of 500,000 or more. Appropriates funds to the Department of Transportation. Effective July 1, 2030. (HB2563 HD2)
