Measure Title: RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INDUSTRY LICENSING ACT.
Report Title: Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Act; Dealers; Manufacturers; Distributors
Description: Allows a licensed motor vehicle dealer to engage in business at multiple locations affiliated by common ownership within the same county. Authorizes revocation, suspension, or denial of a manufacturer's or distributor's license or fines for failure to compensate a dealer for a recalled vehicle. Clarifies the rights and obligations of dealers, manufacturers, and distributors with respect to improvements and upgrades on dealers' facilities, dealers' performance standards, and access to dealers' business information.
