Measure Title: RELATING TO CONDOMINIUMS.
Report Title: Condominiums; Unit Owners; Documents, Records, and Information; Required Disclosures; Owner's Right to Receive Documents, Records, and Information
Description: Consolidates into one section under chapter 514B, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the documents, records, and information that must be made available to any unit owner and the unit owner's authorized agents and specifies that these documents, records, and information shall be provided to the unit owner or owner's authorized agent no later than thirty days after receipt of a unit owner's or owner's authorized agent's written request. (HB2401 CD1)
