Measure Title: RELATING TO LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.
Report Title: Long-Term Care Facilities; Nursing Sustainability Fee; Nursing Facility Sustainability Program Special Fund
Description: Establishes a nursing facility sustainability fee and a special fund to receive moneys from the nursing facility sustainability fee to receive federal medicaid matching funds under the QUEST expanded medicaid section 1115 demonstration waiver. Requires the department of human services to charge and collect a provider fee on health care items or services provided by nursing facilities. Effective January 1, 2050, and repealed on June 30, 2013. (SD1)
