Measure Title: RELATING TO FLOOD MITIGATION.
Report Title: Watershed; Flood Mitigation; Hawaii Emergency Management Agency; BLNR; Plans
Description: Requires the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, along with the Board of Land and Natural Resources as support, to convene a working group composed of representatives from appropriate county, state, and federal agencies to develop strategic regional flood plans. Requires the working group to submit to the legislature a written report of its progress in developing plans, including any findings, recommendations, and proposed legislation, no later than twenty days prior to the convening of the regular session of 2019. (SD2)
