Report Title: Seawater Air Conditioning District Cooling Systems; Enterprise Zones
Description: Allows the production of air conditioning in an area or district from a seawater air conditioning cooling system to benefit as an "eligible business activity" under the State's enterprise zones program. Effective 7/1/2050. (SD1)
