Report Title: Taxation; Potable Water
Description: Exempts from the state income and general excise taxes, privately-owned nonprofit public water systems that supply potable water to residential communities that lack any access to public utility water services and are federally tax-exempt under section 501(c)(12) of the Internal Revenue Code.
