Measure Title: RELATING TO RENEWABLE FUELS TAX CREDIT.
Report Title: Tax Credit; Renewable Fuels Production.
Description: Replaces the Department of Business, Economic Development, and Tourism requirements related to the certification, administration, and verification of the renewable fuels production tax credit with a process that requires the taxpayer to file a third-party certified statement with the Department. Applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2017. (HB1044 CD1)
