Establishes requirements for regulation of limited-duration health insurance by the Insurance Commissioner.  Establishes maximum term, disclosure requirements, rate standards, and form approval requirements.  (HB1520 HD1)

RELATING TO HEALTH.

RELATING TO HUMAN SERVICES.

Provides for ohana zones for temporary shelter and services in support of permanent housing placements for individuals experiencing homelessness.  Limits liability to counties, service providers, and volunteers for services provided in ohana zones.  Temporarily exempts ohana zones from building codes. RELATING TO EDUCATION.

Creates and appropriates funds for Erin's Law Task Force to review policies, programs, and curricula for educating public school students about sexual abuse and sex trafficking prevention, and report recommendations for the establishment of a program to educate public school children on sexual abuse prevention through age appropriate curricula.  Appropriation.
