RELATING TO HOMELESSNESS.

Beginning January 1, 2019, requires all health plans in the State, including EUTF health plans and medicaid managed care programs, to provide coverage for the treatment of homelessness.  Requires the department of human services to seek a section 1115 waiver to amend the state medicaid plan to include housing and supportive housing services for chronically homeless individuals.

RELATING TO HEALTH CARE ASSISTANCE.

Requires the department of human services to provide health care premium assistance for individuals at various income ranges up to three hundred per cent of the federal poverty level.

Requires that health insurance policies include coverage for clinical victim support services for victims of sexual violence and abuse who suffer from mental disorders.

RELATING TO INTELLECTUAL AND DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES MEDICAID WAIVER ADMINISTRATIVE CLAIMING SPECIAL FUND.

Create the Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Medicaid Waiver Administrative Claiming Special Fund into which federal moneys may be deposited from Department of Health participation in the waiver program.

RELATING TO BEHAVIOR ANALYSIS.

Exempts from licensure requirements for behavior analysis certain individuals who implement applied behavior analysis services or plans under the oversight or direction of others.  Updates and standardizes the terminology used to refer to behavior analysts.
