RELATING TO TAXATION.

Provides a taxpayer who hires an individual with a disability a nonrefundable tax credit for the six-month period after the individual is initially hired by the taxpayer.  Applies to taxable years beginning after December 31, 2050.  (HB2478 HD1)

RELATING TO THE HAWAII HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION.

Allows the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation to issue bonds to eligible developers for infrastructure on land owned by the eligible developer for the construction of affordable housing.  Authorizes revenue bonds to be issued by the Hawaii Housing Finance and Development Corporation.  Effective July 1, 2030.  (HB2448 HD2)

RELATING TO A HOMELESS PERSON'S BILL OF RIGHTS.

Establishes a homeless person's bill of rights.  Effective July 1, 2050.  (HB1889 HD1)
