Authorizes the issuance of special purpose revenue bonds for Hawai‘i Pacific Health.

RELATING TO THE HOSPITAL SUSTAINABILITY PROGRAM.

Amends Act 217, Session Laws of Hawaii 2012, to continue the Hospital Sustainability Program by extending the sunset date of the Act from 6/30/13 to 6/30/14, updating the referral dates in the statute, and appropriating funds for the program for Fiscal Year 2013-2014.  Effective 6/29/13.  (SD1)

Establishes the Hawaii Interagency Obesity Prevention Council. Makes an appropriation to support child and adult obesity prevention programs.  Effective July 1, 2050.  (SD1)

RELATING TO PUBLIC SAFETY.

Appropriates funds for programs related to the re-integration of offenders into the general population.  Effective July 1, 2075.  (SD1)

RELATING TO THE HAWAIIAN LANGUAGE IMMERSION PROGRAM.

Requires the Department of Education to develop annual assessments in the Hawaiian language in language arts and mathematics for students in grades three through six, and in science for students in grade four in the Hawaiian Language Immersion Program.  Makes an appropriation.  (SD1)
