Prohibits employers from requiring employees and applicants for employment from disclosing social media usernames or passwords.

RELATING TO EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM PERSONNEL.

Allows the Board of Trustees of the Employees' Retirement System, through its Administrator, to appoint one or more investment officers and changes the title of the "Administrator" of the system to "Executive Director."

RELATING TO RETIREMENT BENEFITS FOR JUDGES.

Corrects anomalies of service retirement service eligibility and normal and early retirement allowances for judges who became members of the Employees' Retirement System prior to July 1, 2012, and first earned service credit as a judge after June 30, 2012.

Amends chapter 88, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to preserve the tax-qualified status of the Employees' Retirement System and to clarify the application of chapter 88 to civil unions.

Amends chapter 88, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to comply with Internal Revenue Code requirements and pre-ERISA vesting rules to maintain the Employees' Retirement System's status as a tax-qualified plan.

·     Testifier's name with position/title and organization;
