Description:  Amends the title of the chapter regulating naturopathy to "naturopathic medicine"; defines "naturopathic medicine"; authorizes naturopathic physicians to administer parenteral therapy; authorizes naturopathic physicians to obtain Federal Drug Enforcement Administration registration; authorizes temporary license to licensed out-of-state naturopathic physicians in a declared public health emergency.
