Measure Title: RELATING TO FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS.
Report Title: Ethics; Financial Disclosure Statement
Description: Amends the financial disclosure law to require disclosure of all business interests, not only those in businesses incorporated, regulated, or licensed in the state. Excludes street addresses and tax map key numbers of personal residences. Requires a financial disclosure statement to be submitted within 30 days of separation from a state position if a statement for that position was not filed in the preceding 180 days before the separation.
