H.B. No. 2354 appropriates $1,550,000 from the State Risk Management Revolving Fund to repair or replace damaged or destroyed state facilities.

H.B. No. 2397 appropriates $1,000,000 from the State Disaster Revolving Loan Fund to assist businesses and individuals who suffered damages from the heavy rains and flooding on December 7 and 8, 2003.

H.B. No. 2446 appropriates $7,417,636 in general funds for collective bargaining increases effective January 2003 for DOE members of bargaining units 1 and 5.

H.B. No. 2466 appropriates $3,055,896 in general funds for the State Workers’ Compensation Program.

H.B. No. 2478 appropriates $14,000,000 in general funds for the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation’s employer contributions to the ERS and Hawaii Employer-Union Health Benefits Trust Fund.

H.B. No. 2501 appropriates $2,001,986 in general funds to the Department of Public Safety to alleviate overcrowding in Hawaii’s correctional facilities.
