RELATING TO MOTOR VEHICLE INSURANCE. Shortens, from 30 to 15 days, the notice period and time that a motor vehicle insurer must continue coverage when an insured fails to pay a premium; permits the insurer to cancel a policy within 60 days of issuance, provided cancellation is not based on prohibited discrimination (HB1820 HD1). |
