RELATING TO RENEWABLE ENERGY.

Requires electric utility companies to establish renewable portfolio standards of 20 per cent by 12/31/15 and 30 per cent by 12/31/20; directs the public utility commission to study the feasibility of implementing a rate structure and an incentives program to encourage the use of renewable energy. (SD1)

When faxing, please indicate to whom the testimony is being submitted, the date and time of the hearing, and the required number of copies needed for submittal.
