Report Title: Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act (UCCJEA)
Description: Enacts the uniform child custody jurisdiction and enforcement act. Provides home state continuing exclusive jurisdiction over custody matters. Authorizes enforcement proceedings in states other than that issuing the custody order. Authorizes the attorney general and prosecutors to locate the child and enforce custody orders. Provides uniformity among the states. (HB2120 CD1)
