Report Title: Times Shares; Disclosure Requirements
Description: Gives greater latitude regarding time share disclosure provisions to require that time share promotional literature and other printed or written material disclose that the product or activity involves time share. Gives the director of commerce and consumer affairs discretion to prescribe time share disclosure by rule. (HB23 HD2)
