Aloha Friends and Neighbors,

I am especially honored to represent the people of Lanikai, Kailua and Waimanalo in the State House of Representatives.  District 51 includes some of the most beautiful, tranquil, and distinctive communities in our state, and I feel privileged to be both a resident and representative of this unique neighborhood.

Reducing and combating crime, improving our public education system, and addressing the high cost of living, are just a few of my top priorities at the State Legislature.  I will continue to work on these important issues, and other matters of concern, that affect both our community and our state.

Please contact me to share your questions, comments or concerns.  If you would like to be added to my email list and receive community and legislative updates in real time— and I hope you do— please email your name, email address and home address to: repwaters@capitol.hawaii.gov.

With Warmest Aloha,
Tommy
