Description: Requires the director of the executive office on aging to contract for the performance of a feasibility study and an actuarial analysis for a limited, mandatory, public long term care financing program for the State's working population. Requires a report to the legislature. Appropriates funds for the feasibility study and actuarial analysis. Effective 07/01/2050. (SD2)
