Report Title: Medicaid; Cost of Living Increase; Eligibility
Description: Requires the Director of Human Services to apply annual cost of living increases or federal poverty level increases, whichever are greater, to the asset and income thresholds for Medicaid eligibility. Effective 7/1/2030. (SD1)
