Report Title: Non-general Funds; Repeal; Reclassify; Transfer of Balances
Description: Repeals the Kapolei recreational sports complex special fund, reclassifies the prepaid airport use charge fund to a trust fund, and abolishes the photo enforcement revolving fund. Transfers the remaining unencumbered balances to the general fund. (SD1)
