Measure Title: RELATING TO HEALTH.
Report Title: Hawaii ABLE Savings Program; Individuals with a Disability and Families
Description: Establishes the Hawaii ABLE Savings Program by authorizing the Director of Finance to establish savings accounts that empower individuals with a disability and their families to save private funds to support the individual with a disability. Creates the Hawaii ABLE Savings Program Trust Fund. (HB119 CD1)
